in order to further improve the construction of power spot market, on april 28, the structural reform department of the development and reform commission made a special trip to jiangsu to hold an investigation symposium on comprehensive energy services and power demand response. south hodo power was invited to attend the meeting and make exchange speeches.
at the meeting, huang yahong, general manager of the power distribution company, reported the basic situation and implementation effect of the comprehensive energy integration project of south hodo industrial city, and put forward relevant suggestions on the development of distributed energy and energy storage projects in the future. the participants affirmed the exploration of south hodo industrial city in comprehensive energy services and believed that its implementation experience has good inspiration and demonstration significance for the industry to build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system.
south hodo industrial city covers an area of 4.2 square kilometers, with nearly 100 settled enterprises. at present, there are 11 10kv power lines, 78 enterprise transformers, and the total installed capacity is about 110510kva. after years of development, typical multi energy supply scenarios including thermal power plant, photovoltaic, energy storage and 110kv substation have been formed in the park. based on the advantages of the above scenarios, south hodo power has built a comprehensive energy service demonstration project in south hodo industrial city, promoted the perception and integration of energy information in the park, and actively explored the in-depth application of multi energy complementarity. the project has established a new comprehensive energy service system to collect real-time energy consumption information in the links of multi energy production, transmission and consumption. the platform has a total of 13563 measuring points in phase i, including 7388 remote signaling, 5743 remote side and 432 remote pulse. on the basis of energy production and prediction, it uses big data and cloud computing technology to provide energy production, operation provide services and technical support for energy consumption.
the project implementation has outstanding practical significance, which is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: first, establish a new energy consumption perception system based on ubiquitous iot. the project integrates the energy consumption perception hierarchy standard, energy consumption equipment parts perception standard and typical energy consumption perception scheme, which provides an industry model with universal guiding significance for the construction of ubiquitous power internet of things on the customer side. the second is to create a new form of energy with multi energy complementarity in the park. by building the energy data center of the park, break through the information island barrier of the energy system, and establish a multi energy complementary coordination and optimization control system from the multi-dimensional aspects of operation cost, green environmental protection and energy efficiency, so as to realize the interconnection, complementarity and mutual assistance of various energy systems. third, explore the new mechanism of regional energy market transaction. in view of the characteristics of high energy self-sufficiency rate and single transaction rules in the park, from the perspective of game between supply and demand, innovate and explore the market mechanisms such as time-sharing energy price and friendly interaction between source and load in the park, so as to reduce the overall energy cost of the park through effective interaction between supply and demand. fourth, create a new mode of comprehensive energy service business promotion. aiming at the existing industrial enterprises and parks, the project has successfully built an energy management and control platform with multi energy complementarity as the core by applying technologies such as information perception, data iot and system optimization according to customer needs, forming a business promotion mode of "light assets and heavy technology". in the process of system development, according to the modular architecture, the multiple functional modules of the source network load storage link were studied synchronously, forming a building block combined deployment mode, which laid a solid foundation for the rapid promotion and replication of industrial enterprises and parks throughout the country.
overall, the project realizes the real-time access of thermal power plant, photovoltaic, energy storage and power grid data in the park and the real-time monitoring of multi energy system, promotes the integration of energy management and improves the transparency of energy consumption. at the same time, diversified energy coordination and optimization centered on thermal power plant and supplemented by photovoltaic and energy storage have been realized, and a multi energy complementary simulation system has been established, which has effectively improved the overall energy efficiency of the park.
